Services Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel your service or subscription for a prorated refund only. Please see below for information on our return policy.

Returns

All canceled services and subscriptions will be refunded at a prorated amount only. Numbers will be rounded up to the nearest cent, the following formula will be used: Number of days in current month minus number of days used multiplied by the total amount of service or subscription.

Return Process

To cancel a service or subscription, please send an e-mail to admin@logigenix.com with the subject line: Cancellation Notice. You must send the cancellation notice from the e-mail address registered to your account.

Refunds

Please allow 3 calendar days from the receipt of your e-mail to process your refund. If you cancel within 3 days of your billing date, you might be billed for the next month. Any new charges will be refunded to you in full after your cancellation should this occur.
